Terms and Conditions

All shipments are made through INTEGRA2, a transit agency high-level cold and recognition to ensure the correct delivery of products within the period specified by geographic location.

 Once the order leaves our production plant, Integra2 will contact the recipient via SMS, the phone number provided, to report you will receive the shipment and subsequently report when they sign over a time window within . If the shipment is contrarrembolso be informed of the amount.

Delivery

PENINSULA AND BALEARES ISLANDS

The order will be made within 24/48 hours as long as there are no holidays, Saturdays and Sundays or other cause of force majeure, preventing the activity of transport agencies.
If the order is placed after 11 am will be considered that the order has been placed the next working day delivery purposes.

 

Shipping

 

PENINSULA

The postage will be free for orders equal to or greater than 100 € (VAT included). For amounts less than 100 € (VAT included) will be a charge of 9.9 € + VAT.

 

BALEARES ISLANDS

 The postage will be free for orders equal to or greater than 100 € (VAT included). For amounts less than 100 € (VAT included) will be a charge of 13.9 € + VAT.


 If a mistake INTEGRA2 logistics in a shipment will contact the recipient to solve the problem and Trasacar would be exempt from any responsibility for the delivery.


It is imperative to check the condition of the package that will deliver you, because if that is not in good condition should reflect the relevant claim on the delivery of the agency for further  pedidos@trasacar.es, claim in our direction, in the event that does not reflect any such claim, shall not be liable Trasacar a deteriorio of the goods.
Upon receipt of the same order accepted claims within 48 hours.
